About

Hi! I’m Sydney.

I believe yoga has the power to transform lives from ordinary to magical through asana, breathwork, meditation, and somatics. I live to create accessible, grounding experiences that leave you feeling more connected to yourself, your dear ones, and the world around you.

Experience

I’ve had the privilege of guiding hundreds of students in studio, virtually, and at immersive retreats both regionally and internationally.

I have also developed and led mindfulness and movement programs for corporations including Latitude AI, BNY Mellon, Allegheny Health Network, McGraw-Hill, IKM Architecture, PNC Bank, Carnegie Museum of Art, UPMC, and more, meeting people where they are on and off the mat.

As a multi-passionate creator who loves the Earth and the people on it, I am also the founder of Sol Refill, a milk (wo)man-style delivery service in Pittsburgh to eliminate single-use plastics from your everyday essentials.

With a sustained love of movement, remembrance, and living as a creative act, I invite you to dance with all of life’s ups and downs as fully as possible.

See you on the mat!
